Q4:Please tell us the differences of lamp boxes between your company and other manufacturers?
A: Our lamp box appearances are designed uniquely. With reasonable structure design and high tightness, the lamp box is of IP54
waterproof grade and can resist oxidation and corrosion. The lamp box features safe use, simple maintenance and long service life.
Q5: What is the guarantee for your products?
A: Our company has passed GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001: 2008 quality management system certification, and our products have obtained
CCC, ROHS, etc. We provide 1-year guarantee for the products, offering lifelong maintenance and technical support services.
Q6: What is the production cycle?
A: General orders can be delivered within 25 days. At present, we can produce 100-200 bus shelters, 300-500 advertising lamp boxes
and 5,000 m2 three-sided billboards every month.
Q7: How can you help us with the installation?
A: We can provide you with our services in the following three ways:
1) Customers can quickly and simply understand the installation steps and methods according to structure breakdown
diagram,physical installation videos, photos, etc;
2) Our company sends professional and technical personnel abroad to guide the installation, and we will collect basic travel and
labor charges;
3） Customers can send employees to study in Chinese factory, the study period is usually 7 days, and our company can provide free
technical training services.
